The Butler Golden Tornado football team lost to Seneca Valley Friday night at Butler High School 37-0.
After almost one full quarter of play neither team had scored. The game was then delayed for around 30 minutes due to lightning in the area. After the delay, Seneca Valley took the game over scoring three times before halftime to make the score 20-0. Butler blocked the PAT.
Butler moves on to play Norwin next week. You can hear coverage of that game on WBUT 1050am starting at 7:15 p.m. with the pregame show. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m.
