Police charged a couple from Butler for intentionally wrecking their SUV so they could claim the insurance money.
31-year-olds Shawn and Virginia Criley were charged Thursday by Butler Township Police for the incident that happened back in February on McCalmont Road in Butler Township.
According to police, Shawn intentionally crashed his 2013 Ford Explorer into a tree causing the vehicle to roll over.
