Butler County officials are now in the final planning stages of building out the Government Center Annex.
The county commissioners heard formal bids for various aspects of the project at their meeting yesterday, and they all believed the rates were better than originally anticipated.
The county is required to take the lowest responsible bid—which will be announced at the commissioners meeting at the end of the month.
The project is expected to start in November and wrap up in March 2020.
