Police officers in Butler County were put on alert this morning to be on the lookout for a man who robbed a bank in Allegheny County.
According to an alert issued by Butler County Emergency Services, the First National Bank on Devine Drive in Marshall Township was robbed just after 9 a.m.
The bank is located in Wexford and sits off Wexford Bayne Road near the Interstate 79 interchange.
Police were looking for a white man about 6 feet tall wearing a green jacket, plaid shirt and jeans.
It’s unknown if he had a weapon when he entered the bank.
