The Butler County Symphony Association has announced the winner of this year’s Young Artist Competition.
Angela Renninger was announced as the winner in this 38th year of the competition which was held last Sunday (1/15) at Swope Music Hall on the campus of Slippery Rock University.
Renninger is very active in various music programs as a junior at Westminster College while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Performance.
Renninger will receive a $400 prize as well as perform with the Butler County Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, April 8th later this year.
