This is the latest information that we have on warming shelters for Saturday (11/17/18). We will update these as the information becomes available.
UPDATE: 5 p.m. Saturday:
The American Red Cross- in conjunction with Butler County Emergency Services- will be closing the overnight accommodations shelter at the First English Church 241 N. Main St Butler, PA 16001 effective at 7:00 pm Sat. and will transition to the Butler Middle School located at 225 E North St Butler, PA 16001 for overnight accommodations on Sat.
The Middle School shelter will be open at 7:00pm Sat. and will remain open until tomorrow evening (Sunday 11/18/18).
The relocation of the shelter was needed for additional space and resources. Again- for those who are dependent on medical equipment/devices, you must bring your equipment with you as this facility will not have these resources.

Connoquenessing Boro Fire Department 180 Main Street Connoquenessing, PA 16027 until further notice and contained pets are being accepted.
Butler Township Fire Station 3 121 Sparks Ave Butler, PA 16001 until further notice. No pets accepted.
Herman Fire Department 789 Herman Rd, Herman, PA 16039 until further notice and contained pets are being accepted.
Bruin Fire Department 100 Firehouse Dr. Bruin, PA 16022 until further notice.
Saxonburg Fire Department 210 Horne Ave, Saxonburg, PA 16056 until further notice.
Eau Claire VFD Social Hall 137 N Washington St Eau Claire, PA 16030. No pets are accepted and no shower facilities are available.
Portersville EMS 1122 W Portersville Rd, Portersville, PA 16051until further notice and contained pets are being accepted.
North Washington Fire Station 739 Fairview Rd Petrolia, PA 16050. No pets are accepted and no shower facilities are available.
Slippery Rock Bingo Hall 162 Elm St, Slippery Rock, PA 16057 until further notice. No pets are accepted.
Faith Lutheran Church located at 241 Freeport Rd, Butler, PA 16002.
Citizens needing resources can contact 2-1-1. Those with medical devices/equipment that need to be charged can go to a warming shelter. They will need to take their device/equipment with them as the warming shelters do not have medical supplies.
