A Butler County dairy farm apparently has the best buttermilk…in the world!
The Marburger Farm Dairy in Evans City recently won “World’s Best Buttermilk” at the World Dairy Expo in Wisconsin. It was Marburger’s first time competing. Out of 31 entries, the company came out on top in the Cultured Milk category.
Four generations of Marburgers have been running their operation on Mars-Evans City Road. The company has 100 cows of their own and works with 70 other Pennsylvania farms to produce more than seven million pounds of milk per month.
