There is still time to register for a celebration of local businesses to be held next week.
The Butler County Chamber of Commerce is holding their annual dinner Wednesday (9/14) at 5:30 p.m. at the Robert M. Smith Student Center on the campus of Slippery Rock University.
The Chamber will recognize local businesses and business leaders as well as highlight Chamber activities, programs, and volunteers.
Lisa Guard of Specialized Staffing and Industry Recruiters will receive the William A. Morgan, Jr. Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Slippery Rock University will be recognized as the 2016 Chamber “Business Champion.”
The cost to attend is $50 per person and reservations are due by this Friday at noon. Call 724-283-2222 to register or for more information.
