The Butler City Police Department is hiring.
Forms to apply for the job of entry-level, full-time police officer are available at the Butler City Building on West North Street during normal business hours.
Completed applications must be returned to the office of the City Clerk by 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 11, 2019.
A physical agility test and written examination will be administered on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 10 a.m. at the Allegheny County Police Academy in Allison Park. Candidates passing the physical and written tests must also pass an oral examination and background check, as well as a medical and psychological examination.
