The two sides of the Butler City Anti-discrimination ordinance meeting met earlier this week.
According to Councilwoman Kathy Kline, representatives met for a couple hours Wednesday evening at the Butler City building.
Kline requested that representatives return to their groups and check to see if changes to the language of the proposed ordinance would be acceptable.
The date for another meeting has not yet been chosen but will be sometime in the near future to discuss feedback about possible changes.
