The Butler high school girls bowling team completed a perfect season and Butler boys locked up a playoff spot with sweeps of Blackhawk. Kelsee McConnell led the Golden Tornado girls with a 622 series and became just the second Butler girls bowler to complete a regular season above a 200 average. Makenzie Zimmerman added a 608 series.
Colin Dorcy led the Golden Tornado boys with a 619 series and became one of four Butler boys to qualify for the WPIBL Singles Tournament. Micah Potts added a 613 series as the Golden Tornado boys qualified for the WPIBL Team Tournament along with the girls team.
Freeport swept St. Joseph 7-0. Hannah Windows led the Yellow Jacket girls with a 669 series. The Freeport girls have qualified for the post-season. Colin Cummings led the Freeport boys with a 623 series.
