The Butler Transit Authority approved a draft operations budget for next fiscal year that does not include a fare hike.
Authority board members unanimously voted on the $2.1 million budget this week.
It must now be approved by PennDOT.
The last time fares were increased were in 2012. The board did discuss the possibility of having to raise fares to balance the 2019-2020 budget.
