Construction is expected to begin this week on a new bridge in Center Township.
The West Sunbury Road bridge (on Route 308) that spans a tributary to Stony run will be replaced as part of PennDOT’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.
Drivers will be directed along a detour from Route 308 to Route 8 to Mahood Road.
Construction should wrap up by mid-August.
