A school bus crashed into a Butler Township home Friday morning.
The crash happened about 9 a.m. in the 100 block of South Duffy Road near Staley Avenue and Northwest Elementary School. South Duffy is closed between Route 68 and New Castle Road,
It looked as if the Valley Lines bus was traveling north on South Duffy when the driver crossed the center line and crashed into the home’s front porch.
It didn’t appear there were any students on the bus. The driver was reportedly taken away by ambulance but the Butler County 911 Center says there were no major injuries.
Firefighters were concerned with leaking gas from the bus and asked neighbors to remain inside their homes.
