An outage late Tuesday morning has left 1,400 West Penn Power customers in Butler and Center Townships without service.
The outage occurred about 11 a.m. and originated in Butler Township. Crews aren’t sure what caused it.
Several traffic lights are out in the area. Police are out assisting with traffic.
