Defending champion David Bradshaw is the leader following the first two rounds of the Frank B. Fuhrer Invitational being played this week at the Pittsburgh Field Club. Bradshaw tied the course record and tournament record with a first-round 63, then followed it up with a 69. He is currently -8 under and four strokes up. The third round of 18 holes will be played today, with the final round Wednesday. Top prize is $40,000.
John Daly has withdrawn from the U.S. Senior Open after the USGA denied his request to use a golf cart. Daly was seeking the cart due to an ailing knee. He re-injured the knee in a freak accident during Masters week, when a woman crashed into his motorhome in a parking lot outside a restaurant.
