The alleged shooter at the Tree of Life Synagogue will not have his trial moved after a motion was denied.
The attorneys for Robert Bowers had asked the court to move the case out of Pittsburgh because they claimed that media coverage had to been widespread.
The judge denied that motion saying that enough time has passed since the shooting in 2018.
The trial is expected to begin this summer. If convicted, Bowers is facing the death penalty.
