A man from Parker, PA died after jumping off of the Foxburg Bridge on Thursday night. According to Clarion County Coroner Terry Shaffer, the man has been identified as 26-year-old William D. Kelly.
According to exploreclarion.com the call came in on Thursday night at 7:41 p.m. after two people reportedly jumped from the bridge. One of the individuals made it to the shore following the jump but Kelly was not able to be located.
Crews and dive teams from Oil City, Punxsutawney and Kiski searched Thursday night and Friday morning before Kelly’s body was discovered around 12:45 p.m. Friday.
