A conference this weekend at Slippery Rock University will take a closer look at a wide variety of psychological topics.
The 2nd annual Pennsylvania State System Psychology Conference is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Smith Student Center.
Students and faculty from the 14 state-owned institutions will be on hand to discuss research in areas like body image, bullying, anxiety, gender traits, grief, sexism and more. A total of 17 posters and 12 papers will be presented during the conference.
The goal of the conference is to promote scholarly conversation and collaboration within the state system schools.
