Butler Memorial Hospital is being recognized once again for the safety of their facility.
National healthcare watchdog, The Leapfrog Group, gave the hospital an “A” grade for their overall safety this spring. The grade is assessed based on data reflecting errors, injuries, accidents, and infections that happen inside the hospital.
Hospital officials say they continually focus on safety and quality of patient care, especially over the last two years.
The Leapfrog Group awards the grades twice a year.
