The Butler BlueSox lost to Lafayette (Indiana) 11-4 last night. The Aviators broke open a 3-2 game with four runs in the fifth inning. They would add two runs in the sixth and seventh innings. It was the third loss in a row for Butler, who fell to 4-5 overall, and are three games behind first-place Chillicothe in the Prospect League Eastern Division. The Sox move on to Danville, Illinois for two games tonight and Saturday, before returning to Lafayette Sunday night.
