The Butler BlueSox beat the Kokomo Jackrabbits on the road Saturday night by a final of 5-3.
Tanner Murphy led the Sox offensively with a one-run homer, and an RBI single. Jake Stout was the starting pitcher for the BlueSox, and allowed three runs in the quality start. Butler is now 10-11 on the season, and three and one half games out of first place in the Prospect League East.
The Sox and Jackrabbits will play again in Kokomo, with first pitch scheduled for 3:05pm.
