Donating blood is important to the community and a local opportunity to do so is planned for later this week.
Vitalant’s bloodmobile will be parked at the Butler Radio network’s parking lot at 252 Pillow Street Tuesday between 12 noon and 4 p.m.
All participating donors will receive a Vitalant T-shirt redeemable by email.
Appointments can be made today by calling 412-209-7000 or visiting the website of Central Blood Bank. Appointments are recommended to secure a time slot.
