Dangerously cold temperatures have descended on western Pennsylvania.
Temperatures started the day off in the single digits, with only a high on Thursday of 12 degrees expected.
But the cold isn’t the only problem, it’s the wind.
A Wind Chill Advisory continues until 9 a.m. Friday. When you factor in the wind, and it’s gusting up to 30 miles per hour at times, temperatures feel much colder…at times even as cold as 13 below zero.
Experts advice covering all exposed skin and dressing in layers before heading outside.
Snow flurries are expected Thursday and Friday but no accumulation is forecasted.
