A number of local musicians will be teaming up for a big performance this holiday weekend.
They’re calling themselves the “Malt and Hops Big Band” and they’ll be at Missing Links Brewery this Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
The group consists of local musicians, including teachers like Butler Golden Tornado Marching Band Director Jeff Kroner.
“These are the top line players in this area, including guys like Jim Cunningham who has been around for a very long time,” Kroner said.
“We also have some younger players that have come through the Butler system. It’s an incredible group of musicians put together.”
The free performance will be outside on the new stage at Missing Links Brewery on Evans City Road. Guests are welcomed to bring their own lawn chairs that day.
