Where is the best place to get married? Apparently it’s not around here.
A study done by WalletHub ranks Orlando, Florida as the top city for weddings in the United States. Las Vegas and Atlanta were the next two cities in line.
The study looked at factors including the average cost of a wedding, the number of wedding chapels, churches and bridal shops in the area, and the number of city attractions.
Pittsburgh came in 35th– behind Philadelphia and Cincinnati.
The U.S. wedding industry brings in an estimated $76 billion per year. The average cost of the big day for a couple is $35,000.
