Lawrence County businessman Aaron Bernstine won the Republican primary for Pennsylvania’s 10th legislative district.
The 10th district includes portions of Butler, Beaver and Lawrence counties.
In Butler, Bernstine won 66 percent of the vote (563) over Dawnlyn Valli (254 votes) of Beaver County. Residents in Slippery Rock Borough and Slippery Rock Township reside in the 10th district.
The majority of the votes in this race were cast in Lawrence County. There, Bernstine had more than 88 percent of the vote.
