The Butler County Community College Golfers won the Region XX championship Tuesday at Oakview Golf Club in Slippery Rock. BC3 topped Anne Arundel Community College 670-686 over a two-day total. Garrett County Community College finished third with 704.
Tucker Skerbetz, a Laurel high school graduate, was the individual runner-up with a two day total of 159. Carmen Oliva of Neshannock was fifth at 164. Noah Morgan from AC Valley finished 10th overall at 172.
The BC3 Golfers move on to the National Championship Tournament for Division III – Chautauqua Golf Club June 2nd thru 7th.
