Butler County Community College can now showcase its course offerings coast-to-coast.
The school announced Tuesday that it had received approval from state and federal regulators to offer 89 online courses nationwide.
And, through a new membership in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements, BC3 can now advertise its online courses in the council’s 47 member states without seeking approval from individual states. Only California, Florida and Massachusetts are not members of the council.
BC3 is ranked 13th of Pennsylvania’s 117 schools in distance education by OnlineColleges.com.
