Taxpayers within the Butler Area School District will pay more taxes next year.
The school board voted 7-2 on Monday to finalize a $104 million budget for next school year, which included a 3.03-mill tax increase.
The increase is expected to generate about $1.2 million. A property assessed at $100,000 will pay about $300 more a year in taxes.
