The Butler Area Sewer Authority plans to consider a change to their schedule of fees at their public meeting later today.
BASA will meet at 9 a.m. at their Litman Road office and while the agenda posted to their website mentions a resolution concerning the schedule of fees, no details about that change are included.
The Authority also includes on their agenda the listing of bids for improvements to the Rock Lock Pump Station with an estimated cost of $160,000.
While the Authority does not have any agenda items listed specifically concerning ongoing negotiations with Pennsylvania American Water about a possible sale of assets, public comment about agenda or non-agenda items is always welcome.
The Butler Area Sewer Authority is made up of members appointed by the City of Butler and Butler Township.
