A singer from Allegheny County has advanced into the Top 7 on the popular television competition show ‘American Idol.’
Gabby Barrett, 18, performed the Disney classic “Colors of the Wind” from Disney’s hit film “Pochahontas” during Sunday night’s show.
All three celebrity judges- Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie- laid the compliments for Barrett on strong.
Three contestants were sent home during the live broadcast.
