A Baltimore man was arrested in Butler Township Wednesday afternoon for attempted Rape, aggravated assault, strangulation, indecent assault and simple assault at Asia Bodywork on New Castle Road.
This past Tuesday just after 8pm 62-year-old David McDonald of Baltimore, MD, went to Asia Bodywork for an hour massage. During the massage McDonald grabbed the victim in attempt to assault them but the victim was able to escape the grasp of McDonald. At which point the victim ran out of the building and called the store owner to inform them of what was happening.
McDonald then put his clothes back on and left the building. Shortly after McDonald returned and tried to force the victim back in to the massage room in an attempt to rape the victim. McDonald then forcibly slammed the victim to the ground inside the building right at the entrance of the building, then chocked the victim while assaulting the victim.
In the Affidavit the victim thought that McDonald was going to kill them but the victim was able to escape McDonalds grasps. Security footage in the building caught the entire interaction. McDonald turned himself in the next day to Butler Township Police.
