Drivers can expect delays again Wednesday on Route 68 through Evans City.
PennDOT says a paving project on Route 528 is reducing traffic on Route 68 down to one lane while crews are working at the intersection.
Traffic was backed up for miles on Route 68 heading into Evans City on Tuesday morning. Motorists should seek alternate routes if possible.
