Those interested in learning more about safe babysitting are invited to attend a class being offered this weekend.
The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department is conducting a Safe Sitter Babysitter Training Class Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Adams Township Municipal Building in Mars.
The class is designed for ages 11 to 15 and emphasizes prevention, safety, responsibility, leadership, and professionalism. Each participant will be provided with all necessary materials for a cost of $49.
