Authorities are continuing their investigation into a recent case of criminal mischief that occurred in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.
According to State Police, at least one unknown person broke a window on a piece of construction equipment owned by Allegheny Minerals of Portersville sometime between 5pm Thursday (May 4th) and 6am Friday (May 5th).
Officials say that the equipment was located on Mount Hope Furnace Road, and damage was valued at $500.
A description of the suspect or suspects involved was not immediately available. Anyone with information is asked to contact the State Police in New Castle.
