People interested in learning more about how birds survive during the winter are welcome to join a walk through a local park this weekend.
The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania is presenting a Winter Berries For Birds Program Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Succop Nature Park off West Airport Road.
Those attending will enjoy a short hike during a discussion of native plants that sustain birds when other food sources are scarce.
The cost is $6 for members and $10 for non-members. For more information, visit aswp.org.
