A Montgomery County jury found Attorney General Kathleen Kane guilty on all nine counts of criminal wrongdoing, including two counts of perjury, a felony.
That carries a possible prison sentence of up to 14 years.
Lawyers for the prosecution said its anticipated a decision to remove Kane from office would come at sentencing, which has not been scheduled.
Kane has been ordered to surrender her passport and not to retaliate against any witnesses.
