The task force investigating the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump is asking local law enforcement for documents.
The task force, chaired by Congressman Mike Kelly, requested transcribed interviews and other information from multiple local authorities. That includes the Butler Township Police Department, the Butler County Sheriff, and both the Butler and Beaver County Emergency Services Units.
The Butler and Allegheny County coroners have also been asked to provide the autopsy for shooter Thomas Crooks.
The task force is asking for the documents by the end of the month.
