The Pennsylvania Supreme Court says they will hear arguments next month on whether or not mail-in ballots are constitutional.
The state’s highest court said oral arguments will happen on March 8th.
This comes as the Commonwealth Court ruled the two-year old election law as unconstitutional, saying that voters must cast ballots in person per the state’s Constitution.
The Wolf Administration immediately appealed that decision, so the law does remain in effect for the time being.
