Butler’s 54th Annual Spirit of Christmas Parade will take place Saturday night in downtown Butler.
The event is a nighttime parade, and begins at 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Main and Penn streets, and travel to the Butler County Courthouse.
This year’s theme is ‘A Hometown Christmas: Past, Present & Future.
“We have 65 entries- anything from local high school marching bands, floats, horses, local volunteer firefighters,” Butler Radio Network General Manager Vicki Hinterberger said. “There is something for everybody.”
The parade usually runs about an hour. If you can’t make it downtown, you catch watch the event live on Facebook via Butler Radio’s page here.
Armstrong Cable will also be taping the parade and airing it at a later date.
