A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of an alleged rapist who may be in Pennsylvania.
Michael Hawkins, 29, is accused of sexually assaulting a wheelchair-bound woman in New York in 2012. In 2013, he was accused of assaulting the wife of a friend, also in New York.
The United States Marshals believe Hawkins may have fled the area after his crimes. He has personal ties in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, California and Florida. He is known to travel, working for different carnivals across the country.
Hawkins is described as a 5-foot, 9-inch white man, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His unique physical characteristics include a 1.5-inch scar on his face, a burn mark scar on his right arm and a chest tattoo of the Grim Reaper. He is nicknamed “Zombie Mike” by his friends for his poor hygiene.
