Alameda Park Road in Butler Township will be repaved after it was damaged by flooding during the heavy rainfall that also left Butler’s West End under water in July.
Wiest Asphalt of Summit Township will do the work for about $225,000. The road will be paved from the Alameda Park entrance at the top of the hill down to the Carousel Shelter. The upper parking lot by the Alameda Water Park will also be paved.
Alameda Park Road used to be a cut-through into Butler City but that portion of the road has been closed for several years and will not reopen.
