Another busy week is planned at Alameda Park.
The Free Family Summer Concert Series continues Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with jazz from Eugene and the Nightcrawlers at the Odd Fellows Gazebo.
On Wednesday, a free Family Fun Program led by a naturalist called “Oh Deer” will give those who attend the chance to see deer. This event at the Carousel Shelter is limited to 50 people
Thursday the Free Outdoor Discovery Series continues at 6:30 p.m. in the Carousel Shelter. Moraine Park Rangers will discuss fireflies.
Finally, Alameda Story Adventures is free weekly storytelling for kids ages six and younger. This event will take place every Thursday from 11:30 to noon at the Rotary Shelter. No registration required.
