Events for county residents of all ages will be taking place at Alameda Park this week.
The events kick off Monday night with a free showing of the movie “The Land Before Time” at 8:30 p.m. at the Masonic Shelter.
On Tuesday evening a free concert by Kittanning Fireman’s Band will take place at 6:30pm at the Odd Fellow Gazebo, and is open to the public.
Wednesday is Butler School Pride Day at the Alameda Waterpark. Wear your South Butler or Freeport School logo or show your student ID and get half off admission.
The park will feature two events on Thursday. In the morning, children are invited to Alameda Story Adventures, from 11:30am to noon for kids 6 and under at the Rotary Shelter. Also the free outdoor Discovery Series continues with a beginners standup paddle-boarding class which will take place at waterpark at 7 p.m.
