Another busy week is planned at Alameda Park.
The Free Family Summer Concert Series continues Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with jazz from Eugene and the Nightcrawlers at the Odd Fellows Gazebo.
Thursday the Free Outdoor Discovery Series continues at 6:30 p.m. in the Carousel Shelter. Moraine Park Rangers will discuss fireflies.
Alameda Story Adventures is free weekly storytelling for kids ages six and younger. This event will take place every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to noon at the Rotary Shelter. No registration required.
Finally, a Family Fun Program is scheduled for Saturday at Shelter 2 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Kids ages 7 to 12 can learn about nature photography. The cost is $3 to participate and kids should bring their own digital camera.
