A local municipality is beginning a water flushing program next week.
The Municipal Water Authority of Adams Township is performing their 2015 Flushing Program July 13th through the 24th for areas north of Route 228. Areas south of Route 228 will be covered in August.
There may be water discoloration during that time so customers should test water before using large quantities or doing laundry.
If anyone has problems, they should contact the Authority office at 724-625-3166.
