ACMH Hospital in Armstrong County and its newest union have reached an agreement to provide over 100 employees back pay and wage increases.
The agreement means the hospital will no longer have to attend a labor law violation hearing.
Officials say the hospital will give back payments between $800 and $1,000 to members of its Licensed Practical Nurses and Technicians Union, along with a 2 percent wage increase. This is to compensate them for lost wages dating back to last December, when administrators halted raises.
Hospital officials say the wages were withheld due to ongoing negotiations.
