While the astrological spring is still a couple of weeks away, but this week marked the first day of the meteorological spring.
That season runs from March 1st until the end of May; forecasters say it makes it easier to track.
And with the new season here, AccuWeather is predicting a bit of a setback when it comes to temperatures. Their official prediction includes a lingering winter-like feel.
The spring forecast also calls for more rain and snow throughout the month of March as well.
