A woman was seriously injured Monday afternoon when she accidentally shot herself in the leg.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 2:30 p.m. for the shooting at Evans City Sportsman Club on Textor School Road.
A Jackson Township police officer arriving on the scene reportedly applied a tourniquet to control bleeding from the wound.
The woman’s condition is unknown at this time.
